In the process of machining non-standard parts, the foundation is the most important, and so is the processing of precision mechanical parts. It always processes the precise benchmark first, and then uses the precise benchmark to locate and process other surfaces. Next we'll give me some details.


For box parts, the main hole is generally used as the rough datum processing plane, and then the plane is used as the precise datum processing hole system; for shaft parts, the outer circle is generally used as the rough datum processing center hole, and then the center hole is used as the precise datum processing outer circle, end face and other surfaces. If there are several precise benchmarks, the processing of base surface and main surface should be arranged according to the order of benchmark conversion and the principle of improving the processing accuracy of non-standard precise parts step by step.


For workpieces such as box, support and connecting rod, the plane should be machined first and then the hole should be machined. Because the contour of the plane is flat and the area is large, processing the plane first and then locating the hole in the plane can not only ensure that the hole has a stable and reliable positioning datum, but also help to ensure the accuracy requirements between the hole and the plane.


A part usually consists of several surfaces, and the processing of each surface usually needs to be carried out in stages. When arranging the processing sequence of precision machine parts, roughing of each surface should be arranged centrally, semi-finishing should be arranged in turn according to the need, and finishing and finishing should be arranged finally. For workpieces with high precision, in order to reduce the effect of deformation caused by rough machining on finishing, rough and finish processing should not be carried out continuously, but should be carried out in stages and at appropriate intervals.


The general principle of non-standard parts processing and cutting process arrangement is: the front work must be prepared for the back work, lay a good foundation, and do a good job of service. Specific working principles of non-standard parts processing can be divided into four aspects:


The main surface of a part is generally a surface with high processing accuracy or surface quality requirements. The quality of its processing has a great impact on the quality of the whole part, and its processing procedures are often more. Therefore, the processing of the main surface should be arranged first, and then other surface processing should be arranged properly in the middle of them. Usually, assembly base surface and working surface are regarded as the main surface, while keyway, smooth hole and screw hole for fastening are regarded as the secondary surface.
